We’re a small company that’s dedicated to our customers and our community in Logan County and surrounding county’s. We have over 15 years in the construction industry. We’ve always strived to be versatile and go great lengths to achieve or at minimum offer what other contractors won’t. There’s no cookie cutter home builds with us. We like personality in our builds and renovations. We offer services from start to finish. To make your building experience as smooth and simple as possible.

There are only a handful of home builders in Ohio that have built a Sip’s panel home and we are one of them. These homes are strong custom built to suit and pay for themselves in many ways especially using 50% less in heating and cooling. We also offer conventional home builds, and complete renovations.
